Our local programming is focused on the city of Bathurst, the towns of Blayney and Oberon and the surrounding rural areas. This local programming has allowed us to maintain our position in the market.

From radio listeners aged 10 years plus.
- 84% of people aged 55 years plus, listen to 2BS most
- 60% of people listen to 2BS during breakfast
- 60% of women listen to 2BS most
- 54% of people listen to 2BS most
- 45% of men listen to 2BS or B-Rock most
- 8% of people listen to the ABC most (2CR, 702, JJJ etc.)
Bathurst Broadcasters Pty Limited conduct mail out research on a yearly basis, with two double sided “Radio Audience Listening” forms delivered to every household. This methodology has been used since the early 1980’s when it was endorsed by Mitchell University Lecturer in Marketing and Research, Paul Patterson. In 2007 our responses totalled 417 from radio listeners aged 10 years plus.
