2BS's owner Ron Camplin celebrated 60 years in Commercial Radio on Wednesday, August 20th.       The Edgell Bathurst Jog is on Sunday, September 14th.       The Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 is on Sunday, October 12th.       The 63rd Bathurst Eisteddfod will be staged at BMEC from September 3rd to 20th.       The Bathurst and Dubbo Concerts for the Macquarie Philharmonia were an outstanding success in 2008. Thankyou to all of the sponsors who made this possible.       Congratulations to 2BS Program Director, Jennifer Menchin on her win over B-Rock Program Director "Coombsie" in the Bathurst BillyCart Derby.       2BS and B-Rock have 12 finalists in the Commercial Radio Australia 2008 Awards to be presented in October.

Whether you’re a wine connoisseur or an amateur appreciator, the 2BS Wine Club offers you the chance to find out more about our local wines and the people behind them. Specialising in Italian varieties Vale Creek Winery has two whites, two reds, a rose-ato and a sweet moscato. The first vintage was bottled in 2005. The Cellar Door opened in December 2006. With a Tuscan feel at the Cellar Door, long lunches and entertainment are a highlight of Sunday afternoons. Tune into Talk of the Town for the 2BS Wine Club.
